How information is used
Enquiry details are used to respond to your request. The website does not store chat transcripts in browser storage, cookies or a database.
External services
Google Maps loads on the contact page. WhatsApp opens only when you activate a configured link. Those services apply their own privacy terms.
AI assistant
When you type an unmatched question, the question, page context and up to six recent in-memory chat turns are sent through our server to OpenRouter for an AI-generated response. Predefined FAQ answers stay in your browser. Do not share sensitive personal information with the assistant.
